Thread: Non Pet Reliant PvP template
I'm sure the template I'm about to describe is used all the time, but I just want to get input on if it'll be good or not;
So first off, I had originally intended to use Pets, but I got to thinking that I didn't want to have to rely on them to be good in combat. I wanted to be a fearless, and feared character who didn't have to hide behind tamed animals. So, I figured mastering brawler and fencer would be the fist step. The next I thought of going into tracking with ranger but disgarded that because overall it did nothing. Doctor would be nice, but still I didn't want to do that much medical crafting exp.
I then figured that I would need a lot of defense, so I looked into what could give me that (and believing that we're going to get some more bonuses in the future). So lets get to it.
-Master Brawler
-Master Fencer
-Scout 4/0/0/0 for movement (everybody should have this)
-Medic 4/4/3/0 for great healing and good med usage
-Marksman 0/0/0/4 for the added defenses, while not much, actually do something. +6 ranged, +2 melee
So I dunno, the only real debatable part is the Marksman skills. They seem pretty useful though, I add them I'm only behind the TKA by a few points worth in defense mods.

i jut tarted this combo on sununer with mysecond account...so morfe info will be coming once i get more into playing him...
e is going to be master brawler as you mentioned you are... proly going to master fencer as well cause i didnt really like what i saw in 2hand or pike ( not too mention pike being as broke as it is ) and aslo mastering tka ... wit remaining skill points im going to get defense adn tat mods from te other 2 classes...
by a calculations that will be roughly +80 melee defense and ranged defense ... master tka has roughly 30 in each and we know how well that works for them ...havent calculated the other mods yet for the defense vs ( dizzy, stun, kd, blind, etc....)
Fencer/Pistoleer/Master Brawler
I dunno, you get good stacked dodge, which I am under the impresion works now. Also you get a good balance of melee capability and ranged when in trouble. Master brawler is just for PvP kd hit and a few PvE debuffs that can come in handy.
Fencer/T.K./Master Scout
Good defense, good offense, plus as master scout you have some nice PvE advantages (traps, terrain navigation, and you can camp/meditate for good results)
Fencer/CH/medic
EVERYONE DOES IT, or at least TK/CH/medic. It's good but I like to be different.
Fencer/Doctor
Never seen it before, but seems like it's a good trade of if you wanna be used in big groups and also be able to fight as a doctor. This could also be Pistoleer/doctor, TK/Doctor, ANYTHING/doctor.
Just a few ideas I have had, I was seriously concidering going Fencer/Pistoleer/medic, but I am now leaning towards Fencer/T.K./Master Scout. Considering I have a good start on all of them I am not limited.
