Okay I am a 2-0-0-2 fencer, with some medic and CH. I've not played for about the last two - three weeks because of classes and finals and all. To sum it up, in the past, I was able to solo FS crystal hunters and other Fs mobs with ease, often times not even using my pets. This was done with a mix of good armor, muon gold, and excellent stim b's. Well, I go to the crystal cave, and promptly get my ass handed to me. The only status effects that work are intimidate (thats because I have a +3 modifier to it with skill tapes) and bleed, and the bleed is EXTREMELY short. Maybe I'm hallucinating or something, but it's almost think things have gone in reverse. I was always able to dizzy lunge an NPC, now it rarely works. I've tried it on other mobs besides FS ones, and the same story goes. I'm not one to complain, and if I'm the only one that seems to notice this phenomena, then I clam up, otherwise, this is quite lame, as I LOVE fencer and won't give it up.

2-0-0-2? I'm sorry to say man you are just a Beefed Up Novice with the skills you have right now. And your not even that much beefed up. Start hitting the speed/bodyhit tree's. Funny thing though, how can you bleed with 2-0-0-2? I could have sworn bleed was only on 0-1-0-0 and 0-3-0-0...

Sorry, was a 2102, slight mistype . I guess its just me. I was fairly miffed that I was able to take out stuff at 1001 whereas now Im constantly getting killed. Oh well

Didn't they add special attacks and defense mods to NPCs a patch or two ago? I know I got laid out by some TKA specialfrom a Mauler Lord a week or so back, and I'm not sure I'd ever seen that before. It was some nasty 1k+ attack, most of it landing on my head. I guess I should've equipped my helmet that day...

just today a regular stormtrooper hit me, a blademaster with TKA additional defense, for 874 damage with an area attack. i was wearing 70% kinetic ubese at the time. i was pissed. but that's the way it is. sometimes they get a liucky hit. and it's been so long since anything that weak even gave me trouble, that it was kinda nice to know that i can't just breeze through these guys.

merf? no. well-thought out and valid fix? yes.

Never forget the day I was fighting Nightsisters and she pulled out a stun baton... all I could do was think about the fact that all my armor was good for at that point was holding my body together so it could be buried in one piece....

ive noticed the same thing, its kinda aggrivating actually when im killing a DT, and i have half my health and all of the sudden he starts kicking in circles, all of the sudden im on the ground, and the silent rifleman whos been standing there starts finishing him off, and /chortling at me...maaaan

i'm at 3-4-3-4 right now and been grinding out my points on lok, the fun groups are mercenraries because they have and low end NPC's in the same group, so i try and do the dizzy lunge thing to them all, and i get half of them down, and the other half still following me around, or getting up from kneeling and not falling.
