Thread: Poll Tally
Just a comment to anyone who disagrees with the results of the poll,
If you disagree, and feel that the community missed a priority, then state which one you personally thought was more important and why. I see no reason we can not still discuss these points, and possibly alter the poll or conduct a new one after a week of discussing the points again.
I agree with the poll for the most part; and of course the community has spoken on the issue and it's probably settled as far as Chaser is concerned.
But I really think we're shooting ourselves in the foot by asking for more AP on our weapons. AP is for Pikemen and Swordsmen. I'd like us to have a larger selection of AP 1 weapons to be sure but AP 2 and 3 are really not meant for us.
I can almost guarantee the devs will ignore our request for higher AP weapons. What we should be asking for is more damage types, similar to if not exceedingthe variety that pistoleers enjoy. I forget which dev said that we are the "pistoleers of melee" but it has been said.
I'd switch the position of AP and Damage Types on the list if it was up to me.

We did list practical, and fixable, problems a bit lower. For instance, XP from terminals (which affects everyone who runs missions), and the Spin2-Blind2 duplication. These would be easier to fix, get less argument, and require less recoding. They can also get by the "combat rebalance."
I am glad that the AP problem is up there, along with swords and speed. However, those are trickier problems to fix with the combat balance in hiatus.
