My friend has one, its like 330 min dmg 315m max stun baton. Owns pvp, i think it negates mitigation, like its not even there.

if min is greater than max it always does max damage no mater what. pretty cool, eh?

So who out of you guys, has one of these weapons themselves, and has done tests?

Nearly negates mitigation, but it does not making your damage constant. With my baton, it is 270-221. Damage fluxuates a bit still, if I power it up it becomes 270-271 and will be within 2 points of damage each time swing.

I've just got my min>max weapon. With a higher min, there is still a range of damage.
From my tests so far, the range is between the min and the max. (ie it is as if they are reversed).
So with that weapon of 270 - 221, the damage will be in the range of 221-270.
I did the same thing, i powered up the weapon so it was 270-270 equivilent, and was hitting for the same rate (like you say, give or take a couple of points).
Not tested mitigation yet, will find some guinea pigs soon

hehe, strange, does anyone know if you actually GAIN damage from hitting someone with mitigation when the min is higher than the max? Might be soif they've forgotten an abs() or something... I'm guessing they should have thought about that though.

My baton atm is 406-238 min-max, the damage is almost exactly the same in the same shot PvP or PvE
Its great, so mitigation is defiately flawed.

200/65 ackleys?
Never heard ofthatmuch of a flux, and I deal in ackleys on home server.
The min/max switch, and the Mitigation only effects the max, so if the min is base higher it ignores the max, blah blah anyway mit is useless, no BONUS to hitting people with or without mit, its like they have no mitigation defense.
Only things that change the damage are the ranged/melee bonus, and Toughness's (note, all skills have this, but TKM is the most promenient)
