Does anyone know how effective / ineffective warcry is in pvp? I have heard it has a cone effect.

Warcry in pvp is very effective, especially in duels and smaller battles. Say you're fighting me, a riflemen. I can hit your mind for 300 dps pretty easily if you let me, but if you warcry me, then use your next attack to dizzy and then kd me you've saved yourself some damage. The way that most folks use warcry though is to hit someone with a decent dot weapon or to stack a bleed and a dot or two and then warcry, peace, and run circles around the person....I think you can see why that'd be effective -the poison/disease/bleeds tick away while the person can do nothing.

RoonToop I often use it when I'm fighting multiple targets. You can't delay the person you're fighting, but I TAB around in a circle and Warcry everyone, then concentrate on one person. I should've used it against you the other night

I find the the warcry update a while back ago made the skill less usible. Warcry now is only good as an retreat type of ablity to lesson the damage your taking from players while your trying to get to safty. It can work to open up with an warcry, an try to intimdate your target, but honestly it only works to so well. When in pvp large scale battles Warcry is litterly an completely usless as any area effect damage will remove the effect.

Best use in group pvp, when running or fleeing away from your targets.. Normaly you nail them all in the cone. But it can be resisted easly by most.

Warcry is a stun move and the delay is negated by damage taken.
so warcry 2 hit again immediatly warcy 2 is useless..
