I think it will be harder to learn the elite masteries after balance is doneand I agree we all will have to change play styles. No more spamming our favorite specials is the word out now. I myself am getting my templet together now. I don't wish to grind under the new rules of the rebalance. I would rather have my templet done before hand. Should make it alot easier. I am looking forward to the rebalance more then dreading it. PVP as it now has really gone down hill. IF Everybody takes a hit evenly then it will be fair but I am sure there will be one FOTM that will rise from the ashes. That's the only part of the rebalance I dread. I liked PVP when there was variaty and various advantages for a certain professions. Seems most people have the same templet with few variables these day.

To be honest I'm looking forward to it, there are alot of unbalanced things in the game such as Armour, Buffs, in duels all people do is try to get Dizzy/KDs on each other then get as much damage in before they can stand up. Because of stuff like that it becomes unfun.

I'm also looking forward to it, although it is going to hurt a lot. Itwill be a serious nerf for all (especially Combat Medics, one hopes) and the following Pubs and Mini Pubs will all be fixing things that it breaks. So when it goes live be patient, give it a month.
One thing that does bother me is a if they remove Stacking altogether. If they do then this will just create lots of <Combat Profession>/Doctors
I agree the current format for Defense stacking is not perfect but by removing it altogether youthen remove a lot of diversity from the character creation that really needs to stay.
What I am reallyworried about is if they're removing all stacking so that the only way you get to be better than someone else in your profession is follow the FS quests and add that to your character.
They also better rebalance some of these rediculous Mobs/NPC's they have that make Krayts look like Rils.
I don't expect to be solo'ing Night Sisters once the rebalance comes but I don't expect to need 20+ players to bring down an Elder.

I'm looking forward to it. They're not removing stacking, though, from what Iwas toldat fan fest. Combat medics also aren't recieving a nerf, docs are getting area cure poisons...possibly to combat them because the devs feel that docs should be the anti-cm. All in all, though, the combat balance should be great. If all goes according to plan there won't be one uber profession. The reason for choosing a profession will be preference or roleplay, not because it's uber damage dealing.

Fencers are going to shine with the combat balance. Not so much as what we will get but what happens to combat as a whole.
- Mind Pool becomeing healable.
- Speed calculations being adjusted.
- Various State effects being looked into.
And probably most important armor being adjusted. Hopefully with some armors with kinetic vulnrabilites so we can use swords in PvP
The one thing that I fear is PvE aspect, ( high end ) with armor nerf and probably buff nerf fencers will be alot less effective agaisnt mobs that have 100 accuracy

Yep. I totally agree. There was a time when fencer/doc/pistol with stacking bleeds and stacking defenses made PvE an absolute blast. Probably a little overpowered however. Now that bleeds and defenses don't stack, fencers have grown much less desirable. When buffs get nerfed doctors will also be less effective. I'm not entirely sure where I'll have fun afterwards.
