Was looking through the CoB guide and couldn't find the answer to my question. My question being:
What does CoB add to effectively Dodge more often?
I had noticed a post that said it added 50% but writer wasn't sure. This would mean that if capped naturally at +125, that while a CoB macro was running it would be effectively pushing +187.5.
Just looking for some solid answers.
