woot first i like to say new ability center of being, also do fencers have speed caps? say u become master fencers and u have all those +'s in one handed weapon speed. there are items out there say for one on the eclipse server stry'ker made a shirt with +25 one handed weapon speed, will that boost your weapon speed or it wont cuz of a cap?

No it wont boost your speed because you are already at the 1 second speed cap.

It will how ever help your special attacks speed. I have a slow baton, I just got master brawler for the speed advancement and it did speed up my specials
