Thread: Rifleman/Fencer idea?
Hmm, sounds too complicated, with the way PvP goes now, 10-20 secs per battle with 1 on 1, unless you got some type of enhancements, this would be just too long to do.
However, you did spark something in me... Combat Medic poison from far out, then when they start runnin closer to attack you and finish you, you whip out the blade and hack them to bits hehe, it doens' even have to be mind poison really, anytime anyone sees poison over them, they think it's mind, so they won't heal(takes mind) and you can smack them once or twice with the blade and they'll go down...
But with the changes to poison, I would just go doc and buff myself... cough... or I will, I'm starting on becoming a fencer now... dropped the rifleman already...
On my alt who is now my main character I was thinking about doing this.
I figure thedefences of fencer + the offensive power of rifleman should go together nicely.
I think TKA + Rifle is a better match, but I like fencer a lot more than TKA, if only the better looking weapons were AP1. ![]()

This was something else I was thinking of, with some slight changes.
Blademaster, TKA 4004, Pistoleer 4040, Smuggler 0030, Medic 2030
I believe this would give you 100 KD defence, ranged KD, panicshot,silly amounts ofdodge andvery nice R/M defence.
Plan would be to use KD / panicshot to get close then use my Blademaster skills to kill with.
Not sure on my final template yet, but I would really like to fit fencer into it. It's the melee profession that appeals to me the most by a long way.
I was actually just thinking about a bad @$$ melee character, i am still holding not using a range weapon unless i have to lvl something to help my melee skill.
I am a sword lover afterall, lol
