I tried to just get used to not having bleeds, but I can't take it anymore. I'm not going to say that the class has been completely ruined, but for themost part I feel as though we have lost at least 50% of our overall effectiveness in PVE. Sure we dodge, a lot, but what does that matter when it takes 10 minutes to kill a pack of 3 huurton huntresses, and I have to use muon for every lair I attempt to take down. With out bleeds I am forced to use specials to the point of taking all my HAM. I almost always have to run from the imperial crackdown, because it takes so long to kill the imps, that while I am fighting one I am getting shot in the head so many times that muon is barely effective. Now that wouldn't have bugged me so much if I hadn't seen a TKM run in and 2-3 hit all of the imps.
Please what was the reasoning behind the bleed nerf. I don't buy the "kiting" explanation due to the fact that it was never beneficial to kite opponents when it took 15 seconds to do the 1300 damage ticks. I never kited mobs, and I don't know anyone else that did either. I can't believe that it has anythng to do with the PVP damage, because Comandos still do way more damage than a bleed ever did.
I guess I just don't understand why bleeds were nerfed to the point of uselessness. Were people complaining? what? And please dont give me all that "OH we raised the initial damage!" bull**edit**. Who the hell cares about the initial damage. **edit** take all the initial damage away for all I care. I don't need a bleed with higher initial damage. I do more damage with one 1h-hit3 than all the bleed damage combined over the course of a battle. I'm not going to use the high HAM bleed for the initial damage when 1h-Body3 does more damage for less HAM.
frankly I am suprised that there isn't a larger uprising from bleeding classes. Sorry to rant, I just needed to get that out.

Aight...i perfectly agree with you that bleeds are essential even for master fencers. I used to use bleed2 on rancors and stuff and other high level mobs. Also in pvp...it was good sometimes. Good news is that the devs are fixing Bleeds. I don't know how they are fixing it, but supposidly it will be back to close the original potency. Hurray!!! I personally think that bleed should have the pre-nerf potency but with much higher ham costs and a limit onto how many times you can use it per minute. But good thing that our bleeds will be back in pub 7.

Hooray!! That's really good to hear. I personally think that the HAM cost were just fine, and yes I would hope that it had the same potency as pre-nerf bleeds... the only thing I would say is to give it no initial damage if they want to nerf something about it. but that would just be my opinion. BUt anyhow thanks for that good news.

The only enhancement I heard about for bleeds in publish 7 is the targeted attack of initial damage. It will now exclusively hit the pool that it should hit (health in our case). What have you heard other than that? Because honestly, that's nothing to be excited about...
