OK so Im a master fencer and git there never using any armor attachments or clothing mods. is there a cap? like can i use a +15 one handed hit if im master? Just wondering If i would be wasting money on stuff that wont make a diff since im a master. also can they stack? can i use a +5 ring and a +5 belt and be plus 10? are there limitations? man I wish I had a friend that made bio clothes that knew all this stuff and could make me a few pieces that will max me out.
