this is my plan for my template and will i be at the speed cap??? with a 3.5 gaffi?


will this template be good

Template looks good, you should be fine with a 3.5, Mine is at 3.4 and i do believe I hit the cap.

master fencer, master brawler, master swordsman, tk 3/0/0/4, novice medic, best of both worlds, pve/pvp, won't be hit by the cap either.
