hit3 vrs scatter hit. I mainly use hit3 to lay down the dmg. but ive been hearing to use scatter hit. I do more pvp the pve. your thoughts?

I use in a macro 2 onehandedhit3's followed by a scatterhit2
More damage to the main stats, an then a scatter to atempt to hit the mind of my target, works nicely.
Scatterhit3 can have a chance of hitting 2-3 ham bars for some damage
While
Onehandedhit3 hits mainly action or health, an rarely mind. Its good for laying the smackdown when your oppenent is on the ground.
