Thread: Fencer skill tapes???????? do they work or not?

Ok a friend of mine told me not too long ago that certain skill tapes dont work. EX( skill tapes that increase skills, but are not giveing too you in your normal profession. Like 1 handed dmg, he said if there not already in your profession you cant get the bonus from the skill tape? IS this true.
So 1 handed weapon dmg
1 handed weaponCounter attack
1 handed weapon evasion
dont work?? please someone clear this up me cause them 3 are not in teh fencer profession so do that work or not?

I can tell you the one-handed damage skill tapes don't work, and I'd assume the others don't either.
