this is an armour attachment, im just wondering if this works well? as i had heard that this skill didnt work or something?

as far as we know these tapes do not work.

So it absolutetly certain that skill tapes for fencer do not work? I just bought a +9 damage skill tape. if the tapes did work exactly how much damage would that add to my attack?I was just wondering how that worked?

If they accually worked each + for damage would equate to 1 extra point of damage. So a +9 tape would add 9 points of damage to what ever you hit for. As far as all fencer tapes not working that is not true. There are some tapes that work, like +what ever to dodge/speed/accuracy/one hand toughness.
