Looking to getting into fencing. Got a nice curved sword given to me but when i use it im lucky to get more than 20 hit points each time. Im starting from scratch. Can anyone offer suggestion of which is the best weapon to get started with to build up XP so i can get up to novice fencer?

I used:

One Handed 1 - Stone Knife

2 - Sword off the bazaar

3 - Same sword off bazaar

4 - Curved sword for a master weaponsmith...Cost 6k Not really that amazing but pretty decent

Novice - Same curved sword

For one handed 4, and novice fencer I just got buffed, brandy, muon gold, and Did Quenker missions on Dantooine...Make sure they are regular quenkers, not savage quenkers, they are bit hard to find.

Also, It took me about 10 minutes each to get one handed 1 then 2, about 30 minutse to get 3, about 1.5 hours for 4, and about 3.5 hours to get fencer. Just make sure you are buffed.

best is probably the gaffi stick....especially when you get higher up, stun baton is good for PvP, but has high ham costs....

I found a good speed sliced Gaffi was excellent for leveling(well I'm still leveling ) With a higher damage output than the other weapons, and the aforementioned speed sliced it's become my workhorse. I've got a stun baton for those situations when kinetic damage just wont do as well.
