Can you use macros for fencing combat?
Also, as novice fencer, what tree do you climb first to get it down the quickest --- I have heard footwork?

You could use a macro for special attack combinations, but you couldn't use them in all situations, as combat changes variables so often. If you have a macro for an attack combo that works well against one opponent and then you get swarmed, you'd be in trouble using the same combo.
Regardless, I don't think there are macros you could use that would help you grind any faster than just being smart about what you attack.

use footwork tree, just spinAttack1 lairs, when u get spinAttack2, use that instead, a macro for this is like:
(name of macro: spinloop)
(first target the lair)
/melee1hspinAttack1;
/pause X;
/macro spinloop;
(X = time it takes to do a spinattack -1 or so)
To stop spinning, use: /dump
