Thread: Fencer One Hand Speed Question Pls!

Im currently Master TKM, Fencer, Medic. I looted a One hand Weapon Speed 7 tape. Looking at my Skill Mods it shows +90 in speed. My Ackly Baton is 3.1 Dmg 279. I dont know the formula on calculating mods. Would this tape be helpful or am I Capped ?

Long story short is thatyou're capped, however.
