Is there going to be the weapon the Dev's promissed dedicated to Raphyl coming with this patch?

I don't think it's comeing in this publish 10. I don't even think they have ironed out the specifics on how it would be obtained.
I'll be chatting with the folks in austin about Raphayl's Blade and other weapon ideas while I'm there. Not sure if I'll have anything I can give to you from that as much of what we discuss is not for public dissemination, but I'm going to be working to get just that.
