Should have been a 1-handed curved sword just look at that damage range i will stick to using my set of acklay gaffi sticks.

Still has an average of around 330 dmg, not too bad. If the opponent has melee mitigation and you land a strike for full damage you will still wack at your foe for 400'ish dmg (before pvp dmg reduction)

So over all its in the eye of the beholder as to if that weapon will be usefull to them or not.
