Does anyone else have an incredibly difficult time looting fencer mods? i seem to find everything but them why does the loot gods hate me?

i have some. dodge, speed and accuracy. not very high, maybe +6 or so for dodge another +4 for dodge. and a +2 or so for the rest. but i see your point. the highest fencer mod iv seen on the forums was a +11 dodge. maybe people just keep em for themselves, or dont bother sellin em as widly as the rest of the mods.
