Hello,

I'm trying to decide what kind of Armor is good fora fencer? Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

I havent quite hit the fencer title yet. But in my opinion i would go with Ubese or Mimbari ?spelling.

I have tried many profesions and have worn composite, ubese, and mimbari. I can get 40% kenetic from ubese and it's ham costs are not to bad. The mimbari has like 20% resits and lower ham cost. also any armor stat that is not listed as a vounerability is at least cut in half. That means even light mimbari will at least cut the damage in half, while not raising the ham costs too high.

I've got a set of 67% kinetic ubese on Naritus. I use it all the time.

yea, Kinetic is great for hunting, but how about PvP?? i am sure you need the protection of a composite.

I wear ST armor pants and boots, composite chest plate and composite helmet. I got the composite resist sliced, so the stat are 70%+ across the board with acid up to 80%

Given the special move costs I stay away from armor in PVE,

Padded armor can be made with over 70% Kinetic resist but dont know about the others being I do more PVE than PVP. But the one person I did duel who wore the armor I did little dmg to and I was close to Master Fencer.You can get a PSG with 50% resist to energy to assist the padded armor and you should be set.
