hey are the bleeds the health hits in footwork or the body hits in techniques?

I'm about to train my first box and wanted a bleed--or if it's not in footwork do you think i should go for the speed bonus instead?

no, but footwork tree is the first tree you wanna master.

it is the most important at first, but bodyhit3 will greatly enhance your killing power.
