To all you fencers out there. If you came upon 8 identical serial #'d Rancor teeth with these stats ... What would you do with them and what sorts of stats would you be looking at?

Min: 9, Max: 107, Attack Speed: 0.5, Wound 22, Ideal Range -6, HAM 13

You could get a weaponsmith to make swords, curved swords, and ryyk blades, and also two-handed curved swords and two-handed cleavers.

A weaponsmith could give you more accurate info, but I believe this takes the place of the optional advanced sword core that weaponsmiths use.

I say "optional" but at this point in the game, it is pretty much the standard. Remember when the ryyk and the curved used to do much less damage in the first few weeks after the game was released? It was because there weren't any weaponsmiths that were certified to make them, or the resources to make them were not in good supply on their servers yet.

The stats that most master weaponsmithshave now are because they all use cores now. I believe the heavy swords can take two of these cores, so you can use two teeth.

I have been told that the typical sword core is around the area of 45 min 45 max, so it adds to the lowest and highest number for the weapon.

If my understanding is right, then this core would give you a weapon with a much higher max damage but a lower min damage than you normally see-- a wider variance. So your biggest hits might be much bigger than you normally see, but some lower hits will also be mixed in.

Sorry, I don't know at all about how the speed, range, or HAM are affected.

Ahhh so you're the one that got the buyout? Think I'd go with Ryyk blades. Btw, willyou be selling any of them after they're made?

I'm not selling Any of them. No. Nor will I probably be selling the weapons they make. I'm looking for some ideas on how to use them. Yeesh. Don't you guys think I'd be on the trade forums if I was selling them? not asking how to use them?
