Theres some helpful information in the faq i believe about onehanded weapons. I believe Ryeun Dharrow to be the best weaponsmith for onehanded weapons on Wanderhome, here is the waypoint to his shop 873 1725 that is on Naboo south of Keren. He recently started a move to a second vendor in City of Steel which has a shuttleport and is east of Mos Entha roughly in the Krayt area. The stats on his Gaderiffi Batons are approximatley 120-220 3.4, Stun Batons 80-132 2.5 and sadly i dont no the stats on the other weapons as i use them very infrequently and havent bought any for along time. Also he is very cheap comapred to what other smiths sell.

Also try out Maya's shop which is just outside of coronet, sry i dont have the waypt im at work right now. Her stats on weaps are same as ryuen's give or take a point or two

Never been to Mayas before but she has a good rep.

adding to what i said before, iv been hearing lots of hype around DOT weopons anyone out there got any to sell?I would like to try one.
