What am i going to have to do, to have a proper fencer type character?

Grind Jedi? They have fencer like animations.

But I really really dont want to be just another /yawn jedi

well im the proper pirate IMO smuggler fencer and pilot....arrgggg! yeah i know im ubseced with it. and i know my spelling sux!
