Is it possible to Faction farm without actually running over to every imp NPC and having to attack. Sometimes I spend hours faction farming and only coming out 100K richer and 4K FP. I know my friends leave their characters at a special Faction farming place they found overnight, and in the morning they have 20K FP, and 500K credits. The problem is, they're ranged, so their macros don't work for me. I try to set up a macro where I follow my enemy, and 5 minutes later I came back standing in the middle of a field alone. I tried a non /follow macro, and I target enemies that are out of range. I just can't figure out a way to get some faction without having to spend money(I'm poor) or spending hours standing in the same area getting very little FP.

Only follow until you get to your target. Otherwise you just keep pushing your target away. You might just focus on doing faction mission. you get about 9k per mission and 100 fp or permission plus what ever you loot.

The answer would be:
Space
(dont have jtl but I was told its easy to get fp there)
Faction-missions
If u do it alone you get 100 fp for the mission itself and about 20 per mob (solo that would be 140 - 160 fp) plus 9 - 10k credits
Better way: Group with a smuggler, let him/her slice the terminal: 150 fp per mission, 20 fp per mob (now 1-2 more Mobs since ur grouped) and 12 - 14k credits. Thats about 210 - 230 fp per mission.
