Now you are jumping ahead of your self, The 320/320 is legit as long as when the weapon is made, not bone, it turns out max higher than min.

The weapon is illegal if the bones used to make it have a higher min than max AND/OR if the weapon itself has a higher min than max. I'd bet 100mil that this thing was made with illegal bones which makes this weapon illegal. I don't know if a dev would notice but if someone notices that mitigation is doing crap against you and snitches that thing will prolly be gone in a heartbeat. Enjoy it while it lasts

How good will the min dam be of a stun with 140 min Acklay Bones.?

According to this
189-232 unsliced. Assuming the max is also 140.
Seems a bit low though.

Rougly 200 Minimum 250-280 Max. Pretty decent
