I have been building out technique and have ignored finesse mostly out of ignorance. please tell me about center of being, I really have no clue as to how to use it or what it does.

ok at master it is +105 dodge.....so w/ CoB at master it's +115 CoB effiencancy-----which means at master w/ CoB on u got +220 dodge.....have fun

not yet, which means b4 patch 7 u can still stack fencer/pistoleer, having +210 dodge W/O COB, w/ CoB +325

u think that the cap will affect CoB? say it was 100 and ur dodge was at 90, could CoB only give ua bonus of 10?
