Lunatic Fringer Here,
Well, after Mastering this profession a few times over the past year it's deffinately become one of my favorites. We could use some more moves and tricks though.
Specifically, I think for the Master Fencer spot we could use a Disarm Melee opponent move. An animation for this would be much like you can see the Fencers use to show off at a Renaissance fairs. One fencer, usually the leading speaker of the show, twirls his sword around his/her opponents and ends in a flourish that tosses the opponent's sword up into the air and down into the speakers free hand. Of course; in game, we shouldn't be allowed to steal someone's weapon in this way. However, some form of disarm move would be the pinnacle of what a Fencer stands for. In a very Jedi-like way; sometimes it's victory enough to disarm your opponent.
My second idea isn't new; Dual wielding. Not much more needs to be said other than we should have a set of specialization skills for dual-wielding. Mainly, without dual-wielding skills there should be more of a negative impact on a player than one who has the skill. Also; consider the fact that the to hit ratio should be better with one sword over the other. To represent a favored hand.
Sincerely,
The Lunatic Fringer

Pommel to the head/face would be a nice one. In one handed sword fighting its a typical move to compliment a riposte if you dont are out of position to use power in a slashing attack. Its almost like a backhand but your arm is bent when you do it and you use the pommel (little ball/counterweight at the very end of the "grip") to strike with.
Colmanaede- using your right hand you strike at their legs from the right side, follow through, adjust the angle of your wrist AND arm (elbow at your nose and fist pointing down on your left side), then return with a powerful strike to the head, chest, or arms. This is used in conjunction with your other hand parrying your opponents weapon but it looks alot flashier without. And looks are what we're talking about right?
