Thread: New Fencer Need hunting tips

Hi there. I read through the FAQ, and it seems that where the information concerning "places to hunt" is unavailable. So I'll post instead... Where is a good place for me to solo or group as a fencer? Right now I am just 0/0/0/1 right now and just trying to find good places for me to hunt. Locations for both solo and group would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

follow these steps:
1. Get a gaffi baton (a good sliced one if possible), stun batons are ok too.
2. Get ubese or low HAM composite armor
3. Get some muon / brandy
4. Get a buff
5. Go to dant. and hunt quankers (very eazy critters) you will get around 3K xp per quanker
6. Want even more xp? do some Huurton missions! (harder but more xp)
7. Repeat until satisfied

What he means is that often lairs on dantooine are glitched. To get the money from missions you have to examine the lair till you can see its ham, then stop using special attacks once the lairhas about 1/20 the HAM. I did Janta missions once i could handle them. (MUCH more money per mission and the occasional loot)

Jinda caves (often camped)or Bluurgs on Endor
Gurks on Lok
Gurrecks on Endor
Huurtons and Quenkers on Dant
All are soloble (with Buffs and Composite).
For groups, Id say go to Endor and kill everything that moves and a few things than dont. Wonderful planet for leveling.

Doesnt always work. I have just as many bugged missions doing it this way as I did just using specials. Now I just do specials and use the time I saved to pick up another couple of missions

just go to endor and hunt the jinda caves. no need to try missions and moving around finding specific things. all you need is right there in the caves. over 3k per and there are loads of them and respawn qucikly
