Only had one loot stun bat and that was off a NS protector and my trusty acklay was far better than it,I think the low HAM costs were the only good thing about it.

NS Protector, eh? I guess I'll keep trying to build betterones or unlock the mythical Mace Sensitive Fencer slot.

ALL npc's drop them . but ns are the best chance to loot one that hase some intresting stats if u don't want a 10 damage stun baton
Enranged bull racors drop weapons to
btw most weapons that are looted suck unless they are exeptional , so hunt for that ( very long hunt )

I have looted a few stun batons in the Corellian Corvette- though they were absolute junk.

Instead of wandering around helplessly killing Ns Protectors for hours trying to find a good stun baton make a million credits doing mokks/janta missions and buy one.
