Im still a bit new to the whole Starwars Galaxies game and I need help making probably an easy decision. I plan on going Master Fencer and Master Commando so...whats a good race to choose? Trando is out of the question, I dont want to not wear gloves and boots. Once I choose that race, what should I migrate my stats into? Any help would be great

Well... My personal Favorite is Zabrak, mainly because of the history of them, and the Racial abilities aren't bad at all.

Just don't be a Maul-ite and it's all good.

Rodians are a good choice as well.

But if you intend on being imperial I suggest human. Mainly because the absurdity of a non human imperial is just abused too much.

Well, just read the race description at the begining of character creation. That will give you a story line on you charcter's race and any bounses. I choose Dosh for unarmed bounses and regen they get. However, in the big picture and end game, I don't think it really matters at all. It all comes down to gear, food, tactics for PvP, and yes your template.

Stats: PvP: Max out your mind/secondaries. Balance Health and Action, along with the secondaries.

PvE: doesn't really matter imho.

right now, mind is everything, even at maxed secondaries with a Twi, i have to pop 2 brandies and 2 Ahrisa jsut to drop my mind cost enough so that i don't kill myself faster than my enemy does if you are honestly going fencer, pick a race that has good mind secondaries, but i just picked the one i like the most.

All the races are viable fencers. My suggestion would be pick the race that you like to look at and feel most "in tune" with. All stats can be worked around, but you can't change race. But if you're going to go imperial, then I would definitely suggest going human so you don't get the race penalty. But ultimately play what you like to look at. For me.........I love Bothans!! I like being super short and killing off super big things. I usually only come up to the waist of a nightsister, but they drop fast enough.

So play what you like.....stats don't matter that much.

I would say Rodian if your going Neutral/Rebel or Human if your going Imperial.

Stats shift all into mind and drop you health/action as low as can be cuz you'll almost always be buffed in todays game.

Also take a step back and think "what race would look best in mando armor" cuz as master commando you'll be able to wear it.
