Question for my template; if I have master fencer or at least some fencer skills, will at least the "Dodge" ability stack withswordsman skills? Just trying to decide if I should drop fencer and use the points for something else so I can solo high level things. Thanlks.

No, dodge only works when you have a 1 handed weapon equipped - meaning either a pistol or a 1H sword.

The same goes for other combat profs:

Block works when you have a rifle or a pike equipped

Counterattack works when you have a carbine or a 2H sword equiped
