Does One Handed Damage CA/AA and One Handed Evasion CA/AA happen to work as i have looted some off these?

no they do not. The skills were taken out of the game in late beta however the skill tapes were never fixed to not include them.

does one handed weapon evasion appear anywhere on the tree you see in the skills box?? does on handed damage appear anywhere?? if the skill tree does not have that mod then that mod doesn't work.

Btw check the sticky on the Kauri Trade section (not sure if the post is on all the galaxies) to see whats working and whats not
