1) What is the dodge cap, and how do skill attachments work with that?
2) Does food work over the cap?
3) How often roughly do you dodge if capped running a CoB macro in PvP?
4) Are there any states proven to hampr/stop dodge from working i.e. stun e.t.c.
Thanks in advance

I really dont think dodge does anything to defenses.
Stun although halves all of your defenses

I'd really like to see you dodge while intimidated.
I'm not saying that this was a be all end all test, but just to give you the benefit of the doubt, I had my two toons duel so I could read the combat spam.
I had a master pikeman swinging at a master fencer. While intimidated, I didnt dodge once, for 10 minutes.
While stunned, I dodged quite a bit. Maybe you have the two mistaken? Maybe my test of something like 1200 swings was an absolute fluke?

stun is 25 or 35 intim is 50.
You can still dodge while intimidated if you blind the opponent

1) 125 with skills and SEAs. Contrary to popular belief, if you get 125 with skills, and +25 in attachments, only 125 will count.
2.) The dodge foods, Air Cake and Pikatta Pie, aren't really dodge. They act more as ranged and melee defense, and yes, they do take you way over the cap.
3.) That would depend on who you're facing, but in general, you won't dodge at all unless you have /healstate intimidate, because you'll spend a lot of time being intimidated.
4.) Intimidate nullifies secondary defenses entirely, so you would not be able to dodge while intimidated.
