Fencer Archive

Hi....My Character is on his way up the One-Hand Swords Tree and working hard to become a fencer. Right now I have had to buy every skill I have earned. I haven't seen any one-hand swordsmen on my server (Radiant) yet. So I was wondering, if one is out there, where is it you stay, so next time I earn enough experience, you can teach me and I don't have to work for a lot of credits. Also, I wanted to know if anyone has found a good smith on the server either.
