Thread: What does Health Hit do besides very little damage?

Has anyone figured out what health hit does? It doesn't seem to do very much damage for sure.


The description says it wounds the targets health pool, but i don't see any black appearing on my enemies HAM when i use it. Is it possibly a very weak DOT? Any help would be appreciated! I just got it last night =)

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure it is the health DoT one.
