I just got body hit 2. Im wondering if it is really better than 1hand hit 2. While it focuses soley on health, 1hand hit 2 does a LOT more damage. When calculating xp, its the damage you do, not how usefull you were to the group =)

I would stick to one hand hit 2, it does more damage and gives you more xp.

I'd say it depends on your chances of survival. Focousing on one pool will bring the enemy down faster than spreading it out, so unless hit2 does triple the damage of body2 it is a weaker move. Stick to body2 if you face a dangerous adversary.

However, if you are dealing with a situation where your chances of incap are nil, then go for all the XP you can. This does not mean going with hit2. If you are grouped with others who are focousing on a non-health pool, they will bring down the enemy faster than you if you focus on health. So you must decide if you will get more xp helping them kill it with random action/mind hits from hit2 or focousing on health and drawing out the confrontation by essentially removing yourself from the group's collective damage. As a bonous, most players are too concerned with overall damage to think out that strategy and object to your unhelpful contribution.

I chose to go with the skill that gives1 hand hit 2. I was doing an avg of 400 dmg and a max of 650 with slash spin. When I got one hand hit 2, the first time I used it I did 1262 dmg, and I was amazed that it was such a dramatic increase. I avg now around 1000 dmg with it. Yes it varies on which HAM it does the dmg but I think thats a minor thing. Next I will work on eon hand body 2.

vs Npcs (with lots of HAM) : If you're knocking down opponents, I'd say body hit2. If not, start with melee hit 2. If you hit their health a couple good times with that and it becomes unbalanced compared to action, switch over to body hit 2.

For PvP, It's definitely melee hit 2 unless they already have health damage or a tiny health bar. The Slight chanceto 1 hit someone with full health far outweighs 2-3 bodyshots, unless they're a wookie maybe.
