you have to get 125000 xp in 1 hand sword after reaching master 1 hand sword. Then goto a fencer trainer and learn novice fencer.

I just got done with all the one hand attack boxes under novice fencer. How Do I train a fencer?? Do I have to find a fencer trainer (if so where is one), Or do I have to train master brawler first?
