Thread: Personal shield generator.
I am on the Lowca server and I have yet to see a psg (personal shield generator). Can anyone plz help me with locating one? (Know of a merchant selling them/armorsmith maybe?). I am desperate. Any info would be much appreciated.

Save your money, they're borked.
Right now they last perhaps an evening of combat if you're lucky before you hit 0 condition and it's useless. They seem to take all damage directly to the condition. Right now, the value just isn't there.
All armor takes damage straight to condition unless I am severely confused or they have changed it. This is more of a problem on PSGs since they absorb damage every hit, not when a hit lands on it like armor. I hope shield generators get more effective. Maybe the Mk2 and 3s will last longer, eh?
