For all you lower level fencer wanting to do all of Act 2. Do it in a fair sized group. I'm a 0,1,1,1 and have the last part on Lok. There are 7 imps there that you will have to kill. That all had red stars next to their names when I coned them.

Those with rebel faction, be very careful, they will con yellow on the map till you attack then all will attack you. Also any imp faction PCs in the area can attack you and kill you.

Note: From what I have been reading from the boards, is that you have to do the most damage to the officer in order to loot the item you need to get inside the tower to send the message.

I'm waiting until I can get a Sludge Panther to tank for me. Doing this quest in a group can be terrible...
