Can us fencers have a weaponsmith build us a sword using the genosian sword core?

Yup, however you should check to stats on it first as alot of them are worse than the cores a WS could make, the base stats on a geo sword core is 25 min damage 25 max damage but a WS can make one that is about 35 35. Also a WS core has a speed of about -0.4 and the HAM will be3 3 3. You will find that the HAM on the looted cores are always worse than a WS (or at least I have never seen one with better) so you must consider that when you get one made. However the cores can come with some very nice stats, speeds of -0.8 or better damages of 60 60. So basically when getting a weapon made with them you can get higher speed and damage but you will probably get a worse HAM so it will be a trade off between them.
