I know low ham but seriously with buffs who cares?

Ok so light AP bypasses light armors extra 25% resist to whatever kinetic is there right? So when your gaffis are at least 100% more damage anyway what does it matter?

What im wondering is how good can I get one made using loot items and such? Anyone got anything like that?

I love the vibro blade, it is what got me to want to continue trying fencer until I got to see the animations which were also cool and moved me further but once I hit the speed cap I found no use for the vibro blade but I would like to try to get one worth while.

The only loot items for Vibroblades are the vibrounits, enhanced ones are dropped by droideka and Nym npcs on Lok. However the the best ones are Nightsister vibrounits, these are dropped by Axka Min in the Nightsister caves. There are a few problems getting these, 1) Min is a very hard mob with lots of resists, 2) She only spawns once a day, and 3) The Nightsister vibrounit is a required component in the new Razor Knucker and the Nightsister Energy lance.

I was afraid of that. On the bright side I noticed pikeman asked that question about the dificulty to get one of those and how now TKAs will be after it also and TH seemed to want to fix this soon with the new competition.

Cant a krait item be used at all?

I have a vibroblade in the 75-275 range with no pup on it. Its is very worthwhile for PvE, but i really dont see any Kinetic type weapon (ap1 or ap2) being any good in PvP. Im also pikeman and the LVA is ap2 kinetic and sucks for PvP.

There have been rumours of legendary vibrounits being dropped by Krayts, but tissues and pearls won't work.

I have a vibro blade with a max damage of 191 (nothing special, just above average), i love it, especially in the geo caves, it works wonders against crazed geo's and most mobs in there.
