God only knows. They did the motion capture and such I guess but in the news letter I didnt see any mention but the news letter is general so it wouldnt get into the specifics.

Id say it could take several months or, if we are lucky, at the earliest, maybe the combat balance. The reason I think that is because fencer is supposed to be the fastest melee profession but hits the cap rather easily giving TKA the ability to catch up there, and the same goes for pistoleer for ranged professions and its not so there either so I think this might be the devs way ofincreasing theattack speed of the fast, light hitting professions (ehem acklay batons and geo blasters asside) making them viable in DPS wthout giving heavy AP or extra power.

This is not fact nor even rumor, it is just what I feel IMHO they may be trying to do.

The simple answer is we don't know, the devs have mentioned that they are looking at added it to pistoleer and fencer, and even mentioned that they have done motion capture of it, but when it will happen is anyones guess. Personally I doubt we will see it until after the revamp, once combat is working the way they want they can then sit down and decide just how dual wielding would work under the new system. The revamp will change a great deal of things, weapon stats and certs, prof mods, combat speed etc. Until they are happy with it I doubt they will try to add anything extra like dual wield.
