Thread: Question about Fencer Speed

Okay, i am on 0200 Fencer atm and my best weapon is a 4.0 spd Gaffi Baton(328-465 dmg)
I'm wondering if at master i'll hit the Speed Cap and bring it down to where i'm hitting 1.0 specials?
or what about footwork 4?

I was pretty close to cap at footwork IV with my 3.5 speed gaffi. They don't make a fencer weapon that won't hit cap with my master speed. I also have master brawler, so +95 speed is plenty. A weapon would have to have more than a 8 for speed stop me from not hitting cap.
