ok i was wandering if like all the pistol defenses like defence vs dizzy and difence vs knock down will help me when im holding a fencing weapon... or do they only work while using a pistol???

I'm lead to believe that all secondary/status defenses always work no matter the weapon you are holding. It's profession specific things like Dodge that won't work if you aren't using a pistoleer or fencer weapon. If I'm wrong let me know lol.
