Thread: Master Fencer seeks PvP & PvE Help

Hello all!
There are a lot of good posts in this group. Bravo! Anways, I recently completed my character which I built based on what I like to do. So, PLEASE do not tell me to getCH or become a BH. Billions of those already around. I am looking for advice for the character that I do have, which is noted below as my signature. I hear that this character should be good enough at PvP. Other then spaming Genosian poisons with Fan shot, then getting killed but enjoying my buds killing off all my poisoned victims, I have not won many battles. PvP is not my main gig, but now that my character is done, I would like to learn more about how to use my template from those in the know. Ideas? Weapon choices? I usually use my Gaffi, and an auto bleed Republic or Flesh Slayer DX. Stun batons never seemed to do much damage for me. Ideas?

This is just my small opinion but if you are already into smuggler for feign death I would find a way to work the rest of dirty fighting into your build. Last ditch is arguably the best pistol special in the game right now. Just my 2 cents

All you have to do for PvP is buy an expensive Robo Cop suit (composite), wear it 24/7, and never go anywhere without having a witch doctor magically increase your HAM and secondaries by 2500 with a 3 hour duration. Bingo, you are now invincible. Unless a Combat Medic with some nice mind poison comes along.
Also invest in an Acklay-enhanced stun baton if you haven't already.

Hi,
For PvE, I suggest getting a set of three things.
Damage Sliced Gaffi (Speed Sliced for NOOB)
Damage Sliced Vibro
Damage Sliced Stun Baton
Gaffi is simply necessity we all agree. A vibroblade is an excellent standard weapon. I personally prefer a vibro over a gaffi since I get harrassed when I am not buffed. But some people do consider Gaffi their faithful sidearm. (My secondary weapon) Stun Baton needs no explanation. You just need one. But I don't think this should be your primary.
Get all three things.
Second is choose your mobs. You got Stun and Kinetic. You would be foolish to go against Heavy AP mobs with Stun/Kinetic Resistance. This require some brain power and patience, so you are warned.
