I saw that item on the patch notes and came directly here. I bet that this change applys to a fencer's scatterhit2.

Any info would be appreciated.

Fixed. Does not bypass defenses like it did before. This is confirmed.

fencer abuse of bugs will no longer be tolerated.

Strange I saw little to no change in it today, but I rarely use it anymore anyway.

Well im a master fencer/swordsman/brawler. Anyone who says im FOTM well i may be but what are you gonna do about it.... jk anyways. I dueled a master fencer who has a 350 max baton and i was unbuffed with no armor. Took him about 20 seconds to incap me. There definitly is a noticeable difference. Ill try tommorow using it in pvp.

I pvp'd today. Didn't know they changed it, but it was very evident.

I chased alot of people around and smacked the crap out of em, but had a tough time finishing anyone off.

Fought a group of 3 for about 7 minutes solo and simply could not get that one guy to drop.

I fought a Jedi today that I have fought many times before. No noticeable difference. The end result was the same as well. I won. Which is sad.
