Besides a basic CoB macro. What macros are you fencers using in PvP?

Beyond CoB, macros are useless. They take away your ability to react to changes that occur while fighting.

Yeah. I could not see doing one, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

Thanks!

If you have any medic or doc skills there are alot of good macro's, for example.

/ui action ClearCombatQueue;

/healdamage self;

/ui action ClearCombatQueue;

/extigishfire self;

/cureposion self;

/curedisease self;

/healstate dizzy self;

/healstate intimidate self;

/healstate self;

/healstate self;

/first aid;

I have those two binded to buttons on my key board and basically the same macro's except for healing others hotkey'ed.

Also if you use your bleed attacks, stack them together. I forget what the fencer bleed is called so ill use pistoleer bleed for examples

/healthshot1;

/healthshot2;

Also not a bad idea to set up a macro to take protein wafers for you, or to switch psg's (expecailly for jedi)

There are a ton of uses for macro's out there. Just dont get to over board, just do what your comfortable with.

Thats a little long fora heal macro. I found that it works better if you make a seperate /clearcombat /heal/cure/whatever macro so you don't have to wait for the macro to run through all the other heals. A seperat /stand; /healstate dizzy macro helps when you get kd/dizzied

macros besides cob are a definite no-no in pvp. They take away your versatility and ability to react to different situations.

There is actually no wait if there is no need for something listed. For example if all i need is the first aid, it takes no longer to use that macro than to use just a first aid macro.

The reason I do it this way is just to save on hot key space.

Aye, was a bit surprised when I learned that myself - it's actually stickied at the top of the doc forum and should be in every doc's hotkeys. Instant cure/healstate is priceless. Same with /stand; /curestate dizzy; /pause .1; /stand I believe, although I'm not a doc, just a guy that thinks it'd be nice to have.

Worst macrothat a lot offencers try to create is a dizzy/posture down. If you miss your dizzy and then waste your posture down, you've just wasted a great shot at dizzy/kd.

Besides COB, fencers shouldn't use macros except for /deathblow; /loot all; /harvest <meat, hide, bone>;
